Requirements:
- Female, min. Diploma (any major) GPA 2,75
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel) is a must
- Good in English (speaking and writing); preferrably understand Japanese
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
- Able to do multitasking work
- Active, high iniative, willing to learn
Desk Collection (1107-002)
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Calling customers before due date as a payment reminder
- Calling delinquent customers after due date as a payment demand
- Helping customers on payment services
- Helping customers about our financial services
- Maintaining good relationships with customers
- Doing administrative tasks related
Requirements:
- Male/ Female, max. 27 years old
- Min. Diploma Degree with GPA 2.75 (any major)
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
- Experience in outbond calls in banking industry will be an advantage
- Dynamic and active personality
- Willing to work in shifts
