Job Description:
- Branch Manager (BM): Lead Branch of Bank Danamon
- Relationship Manager: Provides services and financial advice to customers privillege
- Personal Banking Officer (PBO): Providing services and financial advice to customers
- Sales and Service Officer: Provides services as customer service
Qualification
- Education S1 with minimum GPA 2.75 (Economics, Finance or Banking) for the position of BM / RM / PBO
- Education D3 with a minimum GPA of 2.75 for the position of SSO
- Age max 35 Years, to the position of BM / RM, 30 years to the position of PBO and 25 years for SSO
- Minimum 2 years experience leading the Branch (BM) and 2 years experience in Marketing privillege
- Preferred for fresh Graduate for position PBO-SSO
- Understanding of banking products and services (BM / RM) Have good communication skills, oral and written in Indonesian and English
- Oriented to the target
- Communicative and Persuasive, able to give an interesting presentation
- Have good analytical skills
