Branch Manager (BM)

Requirements:
- Min.5 years exp. in Commercial or SME Banking or as Branch Manager
- Risk management certification from BSMR level 1.
- Has many customer base and good networking.
- Age : 40 years of age.

Responsibilities:
- Identification of credit exposure, liquidity, market and stipulated operational set-out by the Bank’s strategic plan.
- Able to assess and recommend the risk control limit, risk appetite limits, risk advisory limit and new product/activities/policies related to credit, liquidity, market, and operational risks.
- Calculation on credit exposures, liquidity, market, and operational set as report making material.
- Data collecting, validity data, analysis data from risk taking units as report making material.
- Conduct the stress test related to credit, liquidity, and market risk.
- Making daily, monthly, and quarterly report of risks to be reported to Head of Risk Management, which later to be reported to Board of Directors, Risk Management Committee, and Bank Indonesia.
- To do activity research and development on all risk management to face external development and to provide information to Head of Risk Management.
- Assist Head of Risk Management in developing framework, policy, procedure, and tools to measure and monitor the Bank's overall risk management system.
- Drive and coordinate with various parties who involved in the BASEL II Project.
- Min.3 years exp. in Banking Risk Management area
- Risk management certification from BSMR level 2
- Age : 30 years of age.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and presentation skill.
- Good computer literate such as MS Office.
- Able to manage big project.
- Able to work in tight deadline and under pressure.
- Bachelor's Degree (Master’s Degree would be an advantage), GPA:3 from a reputable university.
