General Requirements:
- Min Bachelor Degree (S1) all majors from reputable university
- Experienced min 2 years (AO, FO, FBI), min 3 years (LSO) in credit field (Micro Credit)
- Understanding in Banking Products
- Willing to travel extensively out of town
- Willing to be placed outside the city
- Good communication skills (booth in English or Indonesian), Good Personality and Leadership
- Team oriented
