Requirements:
- Having ability to operate Ms. Word and Ms. Excel well
- Good communication skills in both verbal and writing (having proficiency in English is preferred)
- Has 1-2 years experience in banking or financial institution would be an advantage
- Having good product knowledge and understanding on daily banking operation/service practices would be an advantage
- Good team work spirit
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in any field
- Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia.
- Preferred language(s): English.

- To ensure an effective purchasing system , process and procedures are established and maintained
- To handle contracts / agreements and company legal document from third party / supplier
- To manage a vendor assessment process and review vendor performance process on yearly basis
- To ensure that warehouse management and effective inventory stock control are established and maintained
- Responsible for periodic measurement and providing report to Supervisor
- To ensure that the procurement team are performed within the agreed SLA and effective manner

- Other experience or skills required:
- Having experience min 3 years in banking service
- Having good understanding on procurement process
- Good computer skills
- Good communication and writing in English
- Good people management and interpersonal skills
