Business Banking - Direct Sales Manager
(Code : JS BB DS MGR - CBA 11)

Responsibility:

• The jobholder is responsible for support operations as well as profitability of the Business Banking (BB) portfolio of borrowing relationships within SME in Indonesia Management Office. The jobholder has to effectively support account management with the main objective to increase/grow revenue and eventually maximize shareholders in line with the groups strategy.
• Within the function, the jobholder must: understand suitable new product/solution offerings; deliver a profitable and effective long-term customer relationship management; prepare and review credit proposals; providing high level of customer contacts and engagements; and contribute in formulation and implementation of SME as a strategic proposition for Indonesia Management Office.

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in English
• Demonstrate high degree of integrity
• Experience in sales / service management is an advantage
• Good sales/relationship management drive
• Good credit skills
• Understand transactional banking products
