Cluster Manager Micro Finance (CM)
- Minimum education S1 all the majors
- Have a minimum of 3 years experience as a Head Unit in Micro Bank or non-bank financial institutions.
- Able to motivate teams and has good Leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Communicative, proactive and have a high initiative
- Knowing and Mastering the placement area
